Ventura Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee you will like Ventura products! You may return your Ventura Motorcycle Accessories within 30 days of invoice for a full refund (less shipping & handling) - so long as the items are undamaged, in the original packaging, and have no signs of wear.

You must call for a Return Authorization Number! ALL returns must include Copy of Invoice, a brief explanation for return, and all original packaging. Any item returning without prior authorization will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the invoiced price.

Any returns requested after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of original invoice price. Please note that ALL returns will be fully inspected. Any items that are damaged will be subject to restock charge or will be refused. No refunds or exchanges after 90 days.
